Complete our quick and easy contact form to describe your writing project, request your deadline goal, and check on availability.
For a free, no-obligation estimate, you can use our contact form OR send your document by e-mail to proofpositivepapers@gmail.com in a Microsoft Word file. (We work with other file types, but, since we mark changes in Microsoft Word, there may be a need to import or copy/paste, which can create formatting/ compatibility issues.) We will immediately review the file, analyze its content, and e-mail you a firm estimate of the cost (including any additional charges for requested rush-projects). We'll also commit to a “project cycle” and deadline (i.e. x hours or x days from the start of work).
If you approve the estimate, you must make an upfront 50-percent payment through PayPal. Click on the “Make A Payment” button on the right side of the screen to initiate the payment process.
Once we receive your first-half payment, the project cycle begins. Remember, no work begins until you make your first-half payment through PayPal. Delays in payment can delay delivery of your editing project.
On or before your deadline, we'll return your Microsoft Word file to you (by e-mail) with marked-up revisions to your text. At that time, you make your second-half payment through PayPal.
We make all edits using Microsoft Word’s “Track Changes” feature and they will be plainly visible for your review, acceptance, or rejection . We may also add comments and suggestions to the document using Word’s “Comments” feature.
We welcome any and all post-project questions you have regarding all of the changes, comments, and suggestions we have made and are happy to explain the underlying rationale for any proposed edit. Just send us an e-mail.
A Word About Deadlines
We describe our project cycles in terms of a number of hours or days required after the start of the project. For instance, we might provide an estimated project cycle of “48 hours after the start of work.” The reason: the project cycle doesn’t begin when you give us the file. It begins once you accept the estimate and make payment through PayPal.
